Service Description
The Birth Vision & Preference Package is designed to help you confidently plan your birth experience with clarity and intention. During our two-part consultation, we'll discuss your vision for labour and birth, explore your preferences, and address any questions or concerns. After our first session, you'll have time to research, reflect, and discuss with your partner and healthcare provider. In our follow-up meeting, we'll finalize your birth preferences, ensuring that you're fully prepared for your birth journey. You'll also receive a detailed PDF version of your birth plan to keep as a reference, empowering you to communicate your preferences clearly with your birth team. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Booking Deposit Policy We know that life can be unpredictable, but in order to continue offering dedicated care and attention to all of our clients, we've established the following booking policy: Booking Deposit: A deposit of $50 is required at the time of booking your appointment. This deposit secures your appointment and goes towards the total cost of your session. (Deposit is to be e-transferred to alycia@nurturingandnesting.com) Cancellation or Rescheduling within 72 Hours: If you need to cancel or reschedule, you may do so within 72 hours or your scheduled session without penalty, and the deposit will remain credited toward your next session. You may reschedule online. Late Cancellation, or No-Shows: If you cancel, reschedule, or do not show up within 72 hours of your scheduled appointment, the deposit will be forfeited. If you reschedule after this period, a new deposit will be required to confirm the new appointment. Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies and unexpected events can happen. If you find yourself needing to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your situation and discuss rescheduling options. A new deposit may still be required, depending on the circumstances. We truly value your time and ours, and this policy ensures that we can continue offering the highest level of support to you and other clients. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
